Bridget Green is a Registered Industrial Agent with the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission with many years of demonstrated experience in conflict management expertise, advocacy and investigations in workplace incidents.
Bridget previously held a position of Senior Inspector with the State Government from 1988 until 2000.
In 2000 Bridget commenced her private practice of Industrial Relations and Workplace Practices. Over the past nine years the business has grown and developed with successful achievements in both the Regional and State Business Awards sponsored by Telstra as State finalists in both 2006 and 2007 and 2008.
An ever increasing client base has necessitated the need for the acquisition of new customised offices to accommodate this increasing demand for services with newly commissioned offices completed in March 2007. Wexford House provides a professional suite of offices and meeting rooms which are conveniently located in Wexford Lane, Bunbury CBD.

Rob has several years experience at Executive Management level in operational policy and procedureformulation and safety management systems across a range of industries and professions. Rob is responsible for delivering risk assessment audits and packages to Workwise clients individualising objectives and tasks to suit the needs of clients.
Workwise has developed policy and procedure templates and customised policy manuals to assist clients in complying with State and Federal legislative and statutory requirements. ‘Snapshot’ Risk Assessment Audits provide our clients with an overview of their current status with regard to general requirements in Occupational Health and Safety compliance providing a framework of reference which can be used for strategic business planning and as a basis for ongoing dialogue.

Tara manages the total Administration and Reception duties and takes responsibility for scheduling appointments with individual team members.As Liaison Officer, Tara’s role is significant in fully maintaining and administering our clients professionally and courteously. Tara works in close association with Karina Donohoe in providing customised recruitment options.
Kathy has administrative responsibilities across a wide range of Workwise services and functions. Kathy assists and supports Tara with the management of administration duties and takes responsibility for scheduling appointments with individual team members. Kathy liaises with Workwise clients and is responsible for some aspects of marketing.
