About Us

The Workwise Advisory Services team has extensive experience in conflict management, risk management, workplace relations, employment practice, occupational health and safety compliance audits and industrial relations expertise in the workplace.   Managing Director, Bridget Green, is a Senior Advocate with the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission and has previously worked as a Senior Regional Inspector withthe State Government.   The Associates of the Workwise Advisory Team are Registered Industrial Agents.

As members of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Association Australia, the Workwise team specialises in Mediation Services.   This non-confrontational alternative dispute approach ensures that parties in dispute have complete ownership of the issues in their genuine attempt to resolve the matter.
