Managing Director, Bridget Green, is a Senior Advocate with the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission and has previously worked with the State Government as a Senior Regional Inspector and Advocate.

As members of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Association of Australia, the Workwise team specialises in Mediation and Arbitration Services. Utilising this proactive process reduces the likelihood of formal litigation, which may prove both costly and time consuming.
Our primary objective is to provide support and advice to our client in developing policies and procedures for the workplace that reflects compliance with all current legislation.
